I moved a camera from one spot in my store to another. I disconnected the black and red power leads and the BNC video lead. I moved the camera about 30 feet. When I reconnected everything I get a message, Video Lost on the screen. Does that mean I have a power problem or a signal problem?

You will get a video loss message on the DVR if you have a signal loss or power loss. When you extended the cable, somehow you lost one or the other. If you spliced two cables together, please check you connections. If you used the same cable and just moved it to another location, it might have been damaged during the move. I would check the video connector. Sometimes you could have a connection problem there, which in turn could cause an intermitting video signal loss problem.
