I have the ALL DIGITAL 4 COLOR IR NIGHTVISION CAMERA SYSTEM WITH 250GB CPCAM DVR that does NOT work.  The camera (I have only tried one camera system) lights up, the DVR green light comes on, and NOTHINGelse.  No menu has ever come up.  The on/off button on the DVR does not work.  Can only turn off/on by plugging/unplugging the cord.  ANY suggestions?Sad

From what you are describing, it seems that everything is hooked up fine. However you did not mention, if you have connected a monitor or a TV to the DVR. If you have not, than you will not see the menu.

The menu for the DVR will only appear on the screen of the monitor which is connected to the DVR. Without the monitor or TV connected, you will see all the lights but you wont see a menu. If this is not the problem, please give us a call at 800-955-5201 and we'll troubleshoot it together.
