I have a slight problem with some of the equipment that was sent with my order, and have emailed this company twice and have gotten no response.
Has anyone else had this same problem, or am I not going about getting their attention correctly?
Any suggestions??

Okay, Now I have sent 4 emails, and have yet to hear from any one. So I will ask you here.
I ordered the night vision 4 camera system from you in February. As we are slowly hooking up our system, we have noticed that one camera does not show as clearly as the others. At first we thought it was the wireing, but when we swapped the camera with another one, the picture was sharp. Please let me know what my options are.
Unfortunately I am unable to find my reciept, so I can not find my order number, and would like to know what my options are, or if some one would be able to tell me what trouble shooting I may do on my end.

I am one of the managers here at Surveillance-video.com. I would like to personally apologize for trouble that you are having trying to communicate with us via email. I am not sure what the problem seems to be because we make sure that all email inquires get responded in a timely fashion.
As far as the problem that you are having goes, it seems to me that you might have a defective camera. The system that you have has a 2 year warranty, so all you would have to do is give us a call during business hours and we will issue you an RMA (return merchandise authorization number). Than all you would have to do is, mail the defective camera back and we will send a replacement camera.
You don't have to worry about not having the receipt because our customer service representatives will be able to locate your original receipt in our system by either your using your phone number or street address.
